On this great adventure we call nursing I hope to give you some insight into what it's like to be in the trenches. Some of it may be funny, some not. Some days I'm just gonna rant 'bout whatever is going on in my life at that time. But through it all, I just want to entertain and amuse you, my gentle reader.
